Announcing an unverified level of compliance would be misleading: it would indicate to a person encountering an obstacle that this obstacle is not supposed to exist.
What is in place
- A skip link at the beginning of the page, to reach the main content without navigating through the menu.
- The language and reading direction declared on each page: the portal is published in French, Arabic (right to left), and English.
- Keyboard navigable, including dropdown menus.
- Announcements, search results and form responses flagged to assistive technologies as they appear.
- A light theme and a dark theme, respecting the preference expressed by the system.
- A layout that adapts from desktop screen to phone, without horizontal scrolling.
- No time-limited interactions: no form or page expires during entry.
Known limits
- Previously published PDF documentsOfficial Bulletin, Customs Review, legal texts - are print files or scans. They are not structured for screen reading. Their reproduction is a task separate from that of the portal.
- The scrolling banner announcementsmakes a continuous movement. It can be closed, and its closure is retained.
- Video content hosted by third parties may not always have subtitles.

If you are unable to access content or complete a procedure, please report it: your report serves both to respond to you and to correct the portal. Use the form on the Contact page indicating the address of the page concerned and the difficulty encountered.
An alternative will be proposed to complete the procedure.
