The exercise of the customs agent profession is subject to an approval issued by the Minister of Finance. The application, accompanied by the required documents, must be sent or submitted to the Directorate General of Customs.
Natural person — documents to provide
Request on behalf of the Minister of Finance specifying the customs office or offices where to operate;Copy of the national identity card;Copy of a master's degree in law, legal sciences, economic sciences, management or equivalent;Extract from criminal record of less than three months.
Legal entity — company documents
Request on behalf of the Minister of Finance specifying the places of business;Copy of the legal representative's CINExtract from the criminal record of the legal representative (less than three months old).
Legal person — representative to customs
Request on behalf of the Minister of Finance;Copy of the CINCopy of the master's degree certificate (law, legal sciences, economics, management or equivalent);Criminal record extract (less than three months).
