Provisional cessation
For economic reasons or annual leave: the company notifies its attached office by letter (date and period of closure). Customs may proceed with the double-key closure of premises housing equipment and stock.
Final cessation
Regularisation of all goods imported or acquired under the regime by: re-exportation; transfer to another company under the same regime; release for consumption with payment of duties and taxes and foreign trade formalities.
Important — agricultural businesses
Totally exporting agricultural companies holding an APIA project declaration benefit from the same advantages and are subject to the same obligations, according to the requirements of the activity.
