Simplified customs clearance procedures

Companies under the export processing regime benefit from customs facilities on both import and export.

Simplified Declaration (DAE)

Filing of a simplified declaration called DAE (request for removal or shipment authorization) to quickly dispose of imported products and urgently export manufactured products.

Subcontracting

Subcontracting a part of the production to other wholly or partially exporting companies, under general submission from the client and the subcontractor, with pro forma invoice.

Equipment loan

Loan of equipment between wholly exporting companies under a joint general submission specifying the duration and the equipment concerned.

Samples and urgent parts

Customs clearance, upon written request to the attached office, of samples, urgent parts and technical documents not involving a financial settlement with abroad.

Acquisition from fictitious warehouses

Dummy warehouses can satisfy urgent orders for exporting companies without prior filing of detailed declarations.

Exportation by "delivery note

Simplified re-export procedure for companies making a large number of exports per week, granted upon reasoned request to the Directorate General of Customs.

Sale to businesses under the same regime

Simplified sale of products (inputs) to other companies under the same regime, via subscription of an agreement between both parties and delivery notes.
