Commercial shipments

Goods imported as part of a commercial operation are subject to the general tax regime: foreign trade and exchange formalities, and payment of duties and taxes according to normal taxation.
They must be subject to a detailed declaration.
Free goods (samples, warranty): customs declaration type 6-1-6 ter, or exemption declaration form depending on the nature and value.
