Totally exporting companies must re-export all finished products, including manufacturing waste from imported materials. However, they may be authorized by the attached office to sell this waste on the local market.
Transfer without tax (and exemption from formalities)
Sale to companies authorized by the Ministry of Environment for valorization and recycling;Transfer as donations to charitable organizations.
Assignment without formalities (with payment)
Gratuitous transfer, exempt from foreign trade and exchange formalities, subject to the payment of due duties and taxes.
Assignment with payment and formalities
For any other destination: prior completion of foreign trade and exchange formalities and payment of due duties and taxes.
